This process protects your account against unauthorised withdrawals. Documents that may be requested include a photo of your identification card, a selfie with your identification card, and a recent bank statement. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 working hours.
Winnings derived from bonus usage may only be withdrawn once the specified rollover requirements have been fully met. If you request a withdrawal before the rollover conditions are satisfied, any unprocessed bonuses and associated winnings will be automatically forfeited. Only the original deposit balance will be eligible for withdrawal in such cases.

Football and sports betting outcomes are settled based on official results issued by the relevant sporting authority. Extra time and penalty shootouts are included in settlement unless otherwise stated in the market conditions.
Bets placed using information that was not publicly available at the time of wagering (e.g., results that were already known), or that involve match fixing, are void and will be cancelled. If a match is postponed and resumes within 48 hours, bets remain valid and will be settled once the match concludes. If a match is cancelled or cannot be completed within 48 hours, all bets will be refunded to players. For parlays, any cancelled match will be removed from the slip and the multiplier recalculated accordingly.
All casino game results at fauna189 — including slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and other table games — are final and binding. Results recorded by the fauna189 server are the official record. In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed on a Member's device and the server record, the server record shall prevail.
In the event of a technical disruption during a casino game session, fauna189 will work to resolve the issue promptly. If a game cannot be continued or completed due to a disruption on fauna189's end, the affected bets will be refunded to the Member's account. Disruptions caused by the Member's device, internet connection, or third-party infrastructure beyond fauna189's control remain the Member's responsibility.
Progressive jackpot winnings at fauna189 are subject to verification by the relevant game provider before the full amount is credited to the Member's account. The verification process typically takes up to 72 working hours. During this period, fauna189 reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to the Member's account for audit purposes. Exceptionally large jackpot winnings may be paid out in instalments according to an agreed schedule.
All poker players at fauna189 must uphold fair play standards. The following actions are prohibited and may result in account termination: colluding with other players at the same table, using unauthorised assistance software (poker bots or solvers that violate our terms), sharing card information during an active game, or any form of cheating that benefits one party.
